Summary of Episode 7: Pet
Peeve
I must warn you, if you have not read all that
I've written so far there may be things here that will
give you hints of the future. To avoid this as much as
possible you must highlight sections of Key Points you wish
to read. Do not expect too much for I have purposely
left out clues to future episodes, this feature is used
mostly as a refresh of what has happened.
Antoniette "Toni"
Aloise
vampires stopped feeding off of me as often as they used
to.
The vampires are also blocking my mental
communication.
I'm supposed to befriend Keir. Bram said he would
help.
I walked in on Bram and Keir kissing.
In Florida I learned of a
tragedy that effected the whole world except our little community.
We
listened to some lectures about laser technology by who I would learn later to
be a vampire and a hunter.
The vampire later killed the hunter.
In a
moment of weakness I begged Kama to make me a vampire.
And who the Heck is
this Darika person that keeps coming up?
The hunter is spotted in SD, I'm
paired with Keir to find him.
The vampires Keir had attack me are attacked by
the hunter, and I'm caught in an explosion in the attack.
I woke in a
hospital and escaped from there as soon as I could.
An old man picked me up
off of the street, took me to a bus depot and gave me money to catch a
flight.
At the airport I found it wasn't enough.
The cop at the
airport took me to a hospital and tried to protect me from Bram
there.
Turns out the cop is the hunter we were looking for and he shot
Bram.
In the motel I noticed he needed blood. I made him take
mine.
Velren interrupted a nice sword fighting dream for another of his
riddles. I guess I didn't choose right for I became delusional.
Doc
Wendel and Al showed up to make me better, they also healed Bram.
Keir then
showed up to try to kill me, but Bram helped him decide to wait for the King's
decision.
Good thing Bram prepared me, for an army of hunters headed straight
for the building. (of course they followed the tracking device the hunter
had planted in me)
I had an idea, based on our recent chess match, to ambush
the hunters, Bram was already one step ahead of me.
Somehow, I sensed a
sniper in the town ready to shoot those who would do the ambushing.
I had an
opportunity to take out the hunter, only I hesitated.
The Sheriff took the
shot instead.
The fighting slowed and I helped attend to the
wounded.
Sabertooth moved among the wounded hunters and killed those who
still lived.
I requested from the King that the slaves be allowed a funeral
to honor the dead, he didn't want to, but Keir stepped in and advised the King
to comply and he did.
I gave a eulogy for Nate.
At the end of the funeral I had a vision of death.
Down under
everything else I followed the pipes and found a large area dedicated to
vampires doing research. That's where all the cures and such come
from.
I learned they experiment upon themselves to find the cures and
such.
I also learnt that Urquhart and Wen are working on laser
propulsion.
The pipes are filled with Carbon dioxide which is what almost
killed me so long ago. It's used somehow in power production.
Keir and
Bram playfully took advantage of me.
Sir Bram
Bram took me outside, for my birthday, a ride in the
lamborgini and a ride on some horses.
Bram told me Al would be killed
soon.
Bram tried to apologize for being with Keir but I rejected
him.
Bram is shot by the hunter.
Bram took me to a motel.
Bram came to
my rescue yet again on the plane home making Keir stop torturing
me.
Bram tried testing my wits in chess, and surprisingly I
won, but I think there was more to it than that.
Bram took me out to teach me
some sword fighting techniques and shooting practice. We also did some
stargazing.
Bram killed the hunter that killed Erik.
The vision, in
truth, was my connection with Bram as he frightened and killed people in the
town for because they helped the hunters.
Bram bit me again, but this time
while making love. It was the most pleasurable thing ever.
Bram
promised he would be there for me when it was time.
They were right. I
knew before who would be my Genitor and when it was going to happen. Bram
was there for me when Keir walked up.
Keir
Keir then
rejected me, after I walked in on him and Bram together.
Keir sets me up to be attacked by
two vampires in South Dakota.
Keir told me the story of how he became a
vampire, sad really, he killed his own child.
Keir careened through the
airport only to be stopped by a cop that protected me.
I saved Keir from
being killed by a hunter.
Keir took me to his room. I willingly sat
down and bent my neck for him to drink from me.
Kama
Because of my recent actions, Kama has decided to
put me through finishing school.
Mistress Kama had me host a tea party.
Kama tricked me
into giving in to her and then having Bram take her place. She tricked us
into forgiving each other.
Kama had painted a picture of me for Bram without
me knowing.
To return the favor I told her how much Kenneth misses her after
Kenneth rejected her for being a vampire.
I went straight to Kama for advice. She didn't have
much to tell me other than to do as she has already taught me and a few things
about being in the presence of royalty.
Kama wanted one more thing from me,
for me to learn to manipulate people, and as a test, to have the queen send
Heremon to Europe.
As part of the above I bought the queen a broach
The King
The King spared my life only because I saved Bram's.
The
King also punished Keir for not capturing the hunter.
The King examined me closely and found me
fitting his needs. This told me I would soon become a vampire.
Queen
Lenore
The Queen sent me a formal invitation to a dinner party.
The
Queen approved of my gift (in fact she acted a little strange because of
it.)
The Queen offered to do something for me, so I had her allow me to see
where those mysterious pipes led.
Heremon
Heremon handed me
an invitation from the Queen
I bumbled my way through the dinner, my
manipulation must have worked because Heremon never showed up.
Urquhart
Urquhart had me fly with him to Florida
I tried asking Urquhart
about the prophecy, there was more value in his silence than what he
spoke.
The hunter in Florida sold drugs to Urquhart.
Al Kimble
Al went missing for a
few days again (why?)
Al returned week and completely grey, he looked 20 years
older. Keir had done something to him.
Al killed
the lead hunter before he could kill me.
Al and I had a chat during the last
sunset I'd ever see. We philosophized over life, death, and
vampires.
Gary Marin
Gary tried to give Kenneth the same pills he did
me.
Lacey Jones
Lacey set me straight about Bram and Keir and made me
understand I was in the wrong.
I bought Lacey a pendent because she
begged and would make me a dress for the Queen's
party
Dr. Henry
Wendel
Doc Wendel
says I'm
not mentally unstable-in fact I'm not sure if he even knows what's wrong with
me.
He thinks I'm just a natural at mind reading, etc.
The doc interrogated me to determine my level of sanity.
Apparently I didn't pass.
Doc Wendel finally told me the truth about his
wife's death and Bram's involvement.
Doc Wendel was instructed to remove all my scars, except
for those on my back.
Kenneth Deschamps
Kenneth appeared one morning, it was difficult
keeping the truth from him. He's stiff but I'm sure he'll warm up to us.
Kenneth seems to have a way with Kama, could there be a possible
relationship here?
Kenneth freaked out when told he served
vampires, he apparently is a vampire afficianado and thinks they'll kill
him.
Kenneth challenged Harlow to a game of tug-o-war and I helped rally the
troops to win.
Kenneth, in a moment of clarity explained why he thought
the vampires were as they are, because others expect them to be that way.
Kenneth got shot in the
leg.
Nathan "Nate" Greco
Nate took me
through the town as we tried to sneak up on the hunter, only to get attacked
ourselves.
Nate was killed.
