And.... only two months late! Sorry guys. Between personal issues and writer's block, it took me a bit longer than I anticipated to get this chapter out. It also wound up a bit differently than I thought it would. Trentin just magically popped in there without me planning it, but then, he's like that.

So after leaving Toni to burn for a couple months I finally give her some relief in this chapter.

On the brink of death she begins to hallucinate about the past and Velren. How much of it is real, and how much is her imagination is still in question.

I really would like to thank all of you for being such patient fans. I know it can't be easy waiting a month let alone two or three for a new chapter of any book. I know I am not the fastest of writers, but you guys are the reason I continue on. I promise you I will complete this series. It may take me more years than either of us can imagine, but I will finish it. There's still at least three and a half books to go, so never fear if I leave a cliffhanger ending, it just means you'll have more to look forward to.

Don't forget I also occasionally write side stories in the series which you can find in the tidbits section. I try to keep them up to date (though I've missed on that recently too). Also keep in mind some have more adult material than normal and may require you to join Storywrite to view them.
