I've decided I'm going to start removing "Leaving the Light" from the net. The reason: I want to publish it. To even send it anywhere means I need to remove it from free public view. The version on-line is unedited anyway so it's best if publishers don't see it.
It's not that I don't love you guys. You're the only reason it's been up this long. I really have hesitated about taking it out of free public view, because I think you guys deserve to read it. However, if we want to see it on the bookshelves I need to remove it from the web.
I've already removed it from Fictionpress and will be removing it from Storywrite. It will remain on my own webpage a while longer, maybe even long enough for me to put up the next chapter, which will still be a couple of weeks away.
So I ask you, if you do have a personal copy that you've downloaded for any reason, please delete it, it will make publication that much easier and possible.
Thank you for your support over the years and see you on the bestseller list.
